Our signature Strength and Conditioning program - BODIED - is an intentionally programmed, progressive overload workout plan. We work in 4-week strength cycles, progressing in weight and intensity week over week. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete.
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
You will be guided through a warm-up where we mobilize and get ready for the specific strength of the day, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the three-part strength piece. After the strength piece, which generally includes dumbbells and barbells, tempo work, and accessory work, we have a metabolic conditioning piece to finish out.
Your Coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout. Safety and efficiency are core principles of a workout at Bodied.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
