About Coach

A former three-sport athlete growing up, GO learned the importance of being consistent and regimented. Prior to becoming a personal trainer 17 years ago, he accomplished significant muscle gain and weight loss through training. His experience of playing sports into his collegiate years and his own personal fitness achievements shaped GO into a top-tier and published trainer in New York City.
